Thank you for shopping with Memorial Dogs. Each Candle Stone is handmade with care and attention to detail. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will arrive.
1. Processing Time All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for us to create and package your Candle Stone before it ships. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery option. We currently ship internationally using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping Option Estimated Delivery Time Standard Shipping 3–7 business days. Expedited Shipping 1–3 business days Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.
4. Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or via the link in your confirmation email.
5. Shipping Delays While we strive to meet all delivery expectations, Memorial Dogs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. Then feel free to reach out to us so we can support you further.
6. Incorrect AddressesPlease ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at Admin@LongmansLegacy.com
7. Lost or Stolen PackagesIf your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it:Check with neighbors or household members. Contact the shipping carrier for further information.Memorial Dogs is not liable for stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
