At Memorial Dogs, each Candle Stone is custom made with great care and intention. Because our products are personalized and handcrafted, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind or non-defective items.

 

However, we’re committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your experience.

 

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

2. Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@memorialdogs.com with:A description of the issueA photo of the itemYour order numberWe’ll evaluate the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement item at no additional cost.

 

3. Wrong Item ReceivedIf you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days so we can correct the mistake promptly. We will remake and reship the correct product at our expense.

 

4. Shipping DelaysMemorial Dogs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. We do our best to meet production timelines, but once an item is shipped, its delivery is in the hands of the carrier.

 

5. Color & Material DisclaimerBecause our Candle Stones are made from natural materials and hand-finished, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. These are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.
